You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or account information. You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You agree to communicate respectfully and professionally with your assigned virtual assistant and New Heights Support representatives.

4. Payment and Billing

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services provided.Late payments may result in service interruption.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of New Heights Support or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

New Heights Support is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.   We are not responsible for the actions or omissions of virtual assistants provided through our platform. We make every effort to provide quality services, but we do not guarantee specific results.
